How does it work?
Share the floor plan
We map the foyer, booths and session rooms and place a QR challenge point in each area.
Mixed teams
Attendees join with the QR on their badge; the system puts people from different companies together.
Booth by booth
Each sponsor booth has a question or photo task; visits are reported live.
Finale on stage
In the closing session the leaderboard opens on the main screen and the winners come on stage.
What is in the game?

Teams are random and mixed, so nobody stays with the people they already know.
Sponsor visibility
Every sponsor booth becomes a checkpoint with visit counts in the report.

Levels of support
Play the same game with an online host, an onsite host or the premium setup with a mystery character.
Online host
A host in our control room runs the game live, sends messages and hints, and judges photos.
Onsite host
Our hosts welcome you at the meeting point, set up the teams and run the game and the ceremony on site.
Premium: mystery character
On top of the onsite host, a mystery character joins the route: teams track them down, say the password and get their task face to face. It can be an actor or a local shopkeeper.
