How it works

From booking to the final ceremony

    Route, date, headcount

    See the price instantly. Pay by card or request an invoice; invoice bookings are held for 7 days.

  2. Preparation

    Invites and teams

    Share the invite link from the organizer dashboard or upload a CSV. Build mixed teams across departments automatically.

  3. 24 hours before

    Reminder

    Players get a reminder: install the app, charge your phone, wear comfortable shoes.

  4. Game day

    QR, briefing, go

    Scan the QR code at the meeting point, enter your name and team, and you are in within 30 seconds. No app? Play in the browser.

  5. Finale

    Ceremony and results

    Scores are revealed on one shared screen. Gallery, results and certificates wait in the organizer dashboard.

Online host

A host in our control room runs the game live, sends messages and hints, and judges photos.

Onsite host

Our hosts welcome you at the meeting point, set up the teams and run the game and the ceremony on site.

Premium: mystery character

On top of the onsite host, a mystery character joins the route: teams track them down, say the password and get their task face to face. It can be an actor or a local shopkeeper.

FAQ

Your questions

Do players need to install an app?
We recommend it: the invitation contains App Store and Google Play links. Anyone without the app plays the same game in the browser via the QR code at the meeting point.
Will the phone battery last?
Location is used only while the game runs and there is a battery saver mode. A full phone lasts a 2–3 hour game; we suggest one power bank per team.
What if it rains?
Every route has a shorter rain variant and an indoor fallback. For hosted games we decide together on the morning of the game.
Are the routes suitable for everyone?
Routes are 3–5 km of mostly flat walking, with alternatives for the hilly parts. Accessibility notes are on each route page.
How do you keep players safe?
No task involves mosques, paid museums, private property, traffic or climbing. The emergency button in the app calls the host and shows the nearest help.
What happens to location and photo data?
Location is collected only during the game and deleted 30 days later. Photos are visible only to your company and our team and are never shared publicly without consent. KVKK and GDPR compliant.
Which languages are available?
English and Turkish. Each team chooses its language, so mixed groups can play in the same game. Arabic arrives in 2027.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
You can move the date yourself in the dashboard up to 5 days before the game. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before; the terms after that are shown while booking.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Card payments receive an e-invoice automatically. If you prefer bank transfer, choose "request invoice" while booking.
