Privacy

During a game Teamfesta processes only what the game needs: name, team, an optional email, location while the game runs, and photos/videos taken in the game.

Location is collected only while the game is running; it is kept for the game plus 30 days for incident review, then deleted.

Photos and videos are visible only to the client company's organizer and our team. The organizer can request deletion; nothing is shared publicly without consent.

Players do not need an account. The join screen asks for explicit consent for location and media use.
